Georgia
(Pats older and only sister) was told that she could name the baby.
She named him Golden Welcome because he was so looked forward to and
wanted. Pat was called Goldie at various times in his life. He
used Pat almost exclusively as his name when meeting with
people. He apparently did not like the middle name Welcome as later
his life documents occurr that state his name was Golden Wilbur
Ford.
